Our Story:
Chef Eric Kwan is an American born Chinese New Yorker. Growing up in
this melting pot of ethnic diversity his mind has been lucky to have
stored the multicultural tastes in his flavor profiles. Hip Hop Chow is
his concept and the food should be perceived as cultural chow. The name
for his concept came to him because he grew up on Hip Hop, which is a
culture of breaking, graffiti, emceeing, and deejaying. This culture
has developed since it’s start in the 70’s and now
